Mailbox Processor creates blank issues

emails

Hi,

I'm using version 3.5 When I send HTML mails or RTF mails to the mailbox being watched, the issues are created correctly, but when I send plain text, the text is omitted and only the subject of the mail is inserted as issue summary.

Can anyone help, please?

Regards

Thomas Hoekstra

We are investigating this and will get back to you when we have managed to re-create and fix.

Gemini import now all plain text e-mails, but it removes the line breaks and puts all the text in a single row.

Same problem here.

When can we expect a patch?

We have released Gemini 3.5.3 and a new schedueler version that solves this issue.

The setup doesn't work. It looks for CounterSoftGeminiSchedulerv35_2.msi, but this is version 3.5.3. Please correct your setup.

(I would attach a screen of the error, if this was possible.)

The setup is an exe, are you sure that you are downloading from the correct link?

Yes. The exe copies an msi file to the TEMP directory. The name of the msi file matches the version (CounterSoftGeminiSchedulerv353.msi). Then the WindowsInstaller tries to open the msi file, but looks for CounterSoftGeminiSchedulerv352.msi. Then the setup ends with an error.

BTW: I extracted the files manually from the setup and replaced them in my install folder. The patch solves the mail issue.
