Mailbox Processing
When creating a new mailbox processor looking at a differenet mailbox does it need a different POP Authentication Username/Password? I am trying to create a second mailbox processor looking at a different POP Mailbox but using the same username/password.

I've just tried that using a different name and mailbox but it is still just connecting to the original mailbox. |

How do you know that it is connecting to the same mailbox? |

I have a number of test emails in the srhelpdesk mailbox which created issues in Project 1. When I set up the new mailbox (exams) it creates the same issues (which is why I assume it is connecting to the srhelpdesk mailbox) but in Project 2. Whereas it should connect to the new mailbox and create the issues sat in there in Project 2. The registry has 2 entries one for the srhelpdesk mailbox and one for the exams mailbox. |

Can you please send an email to support at countersoft dot com with sample of your config? |

It seems that when we connect to the POP server it will only connect to the primary mailbox linked to the account we are using to connect. So I will have to create a different account for each POP mailbox I want to process. |

I presume that this means it is an issue with the actual POP server and not Gemini, correct? |
