Add Mailbox Processor - Insufficient user rights
I have set up version 3.5 (build 2348) and configured the SMTP Configuration - sends notifications without problem. I am now trying to add a mailbox to monitor and the popup window redirects to the home page with a message saying 'Insufficient user rights' the System Log just says 'SendToHome() invoked'.

Please make sure that you have create issue permission on at least one project. |

We have now got that working. However no matter who sends the email into the mailbox it always has the same 'Reported by' user being displayed when the issue is created. |

Yes, that is by design. The user is taken from the settings screen. |

Is there a way set the ReportedBy to a different user if the Replyto or From address matches a Gemini User? A previous post (http://support.countersoft.com/forums/thread/11105.aspx) indicatesthis is possible. However the code seems to have changed in 3.5. As I only have access to the scheduler source code how would I get to the Replyto address of a mail message in order to compare it to a Users mail address? |
