Automatic ticket creation via Email

I've read through the documentation, webinars and KB and can't seem to find this feature or how to set it up. Can Gemini monitor a mailbox say support@mybusiness .com and auto create a new ticket or update an existing one?

You'll need to install the scheduler service for this. The Administration - Mailbox Processor section is for this purpose (setting up the mailbox details).

Note that it will only create issues.

It supports

  • creation of issues
  • commenting of issues
  • sending out summaries to assignees and Projectleads regarding overdued issues.
