SMTP Error

emails

I do not receive any email from Gemini system. I go to SMTP configuration page and press TEST buttom. When I check the system log I find the following error message. Can you help me?

Which version of Gemini are you running? Please double check the server name, port, user and password.

Hi, The gemini version is Gemini 3.5.4 (Build 2435).

The configuration on SMTP confguratiton is SMTP Server: smtp server name
SMTP Server Port: 587
POP3 Before SMTP Send: Yes
SMTP Authentication Mode: NTLM
SMTP Authentication Username: user email
SMTP Authentication Password: pass
SMTP SSL: No
SMTP SSL Protocol: Auto
SMTP Encoding Type: UTF8
SMTP Service Verbose Logging: No
Interval specified in minutes: 1

the smtp server, user and password are correct

Please try after setting SMTP Authentication Mode to 'Auto' and SMTP SSL to 'Yes'.
