CounterSoft Gemini Scheduler Error
Hi there,
A user asked me recently why they had stopped getting e-mails to notify them a job was assigned to them. I checked the event log and this is what I found:
CounterSoft.Gemini.WebServices - Invalid URI - Requested Resource could not be found. - at CounterSoft.Gemini.WebServices.BaseService.ThrowResponseException(WebResponse response) at CounterSoft.Gemini.WebServices.BaseService.ProcessResponse[T](String url, Object obj, RequestType requestType) at CounterSoft.Gemini.WebServices.IssuesService.GetIssueAlertRecepients(Int32 issueId) at CounterSoft.Gemini.Scheduler.EmailAlertsProcess.ProcessIssueAlerts()

Now other IT admins have been installing SharePoint on that box but would be surprised if that caused this error. I've reinstalled the scheduler (ver 3.5.4.2435) to no avail it still does not work.
There was a post here that I found which mentioned something about old alerts in the gemini_issuealerts table so I cleared that out however still no joy. The scheduler service logs the jobs that are sent to the helpdesk e-mail automatically okay it just does not send alerts.
Any ideas before I reinstall Gemini?
