Gemini scheduler service sends allways the same email

emails

Hello,

I installed the newest version of scheduler service 3.5.4

If I activate the service it sends all 5 minutes the same e-mail.

If I modify an issue it takes no effect...

Have you got any solution?

Best regards

MiK

Please make sure that you have enabled "All Verbs" for the ASHX file handler in IIS for the Gemini site.
See http://www.countersoft.com/downloads/v35/docs/GeminiSchedulerGuide.pdf (page 8)

Hello MarkWing

All Verbs weren't enable in my configuration. Now I enabled it but it doesn't work.

Gemini sends allways the same issue by mail.

Have you got a other solution?

Best regarts

The DebugView writes:

CounterSoft Gemini: Deleting alert 119

Please check winodws event viewer, not debugview.
Control Panel -> Administration Tools -> Event Viewer.

It seems like IIS is rejecting the DELETE request for some reason and returning 404.
Try and enable all verbs at the global level and not just for the Gemini site.
