Hello,

I received the following message every five minutes in the event-log.


CounterSoft.Gemini.WebServices - Invalid URI - Requested Resource could not be found. - at CounterSoft.Gemini.WebServices.BaseService.ThrowResponseException(WebResponse response)

at CounterSoft.Gemini.WebServices.BaseService.ProcessResponse[T](String url, Object obj, RequestType requestType)

at CounterSoft.Gemini.WebServices.IssuesService.GetIssueAlertRecepients(Int32 issueId)

at CounterSoft.Gemini.Scheduler.EmailAlertsProcess.ProcessIssueAlerts()


I read in this board that this might be an issue which was already deleted. Because of that I deleted the oldest entries in the dbo.gemini_issuealters table and it seems to work now.

Will this bug be fixed in the next release?

Hello,

it looks like that this bug wasn't fixed in the Release 3.6 because this issue is "Unresolved". Please, can you confirm that? If this bug is really unfixed, please can you give me a date when it will be fixed.

This is a strange problem for us because it happens several times a week, that mails were not send and this is really important for us.

We have put a fix in but didn't close the issue as we couldn't replicate the issue.
It will be good if when you next get the problem you send us a backup of your database (support at countersoft dot com)
