Email being ingested repeatedly with Scheduler 3.6.1.2571
I have created a Mailbox Processor and it is successfully ingesting emails and creating issues. The problem is that it repeatedly creates an issue every five minutes for the same email. I have it set to delete and it does not do that. Any help would be appreciated.

Please check the windows application event viewer for errors. Also, check the the registry for the key HKLM\SOFTWARE\CounterSoft\Gemini\GeminiPOP3Service\YOUR MAIL BOX does it exist? |

I didn't know it was trying to write to the registry. I added the network account that is running the service to the Admin group on the server and all worked fine (registry was then updated). Thanks for the help. One peculiarity: when an email is ingested, it does not send the email notification until the next scheduler run - 5 minutes later. Is that expected behavior? |

Yes, as it runs the email alerts first and only then the mailbox processor. |

Ok, makes sense. Is there a way to configure the frequency of the Scheduler service or is it hard coded to 5 minutes? |

Yes, via the web app. Administration -> SMTP |

I am getting the same problem, the same notifications are repeating non stop. The service is running as a domain admin with is also a local admin on the box, I don't see the registry being updated though. Version 3.6.2.2583. |

I have it working, I have version 3.6.0 installed but had version 3.6.2 of the scheduler. I rolled back to the previous version of the scheduler and all is good. Thanks |
