Global Settings > Notifications > Enable issue WATCHER alerts
What does this setting control? I unchecked the check box and then assumed that I would no longer receive emails when changes were made to issues that I am watching - however this does not appear to be the case. If someone other than myself updates the issue (ie. adds a comment, changes the status, etc.) I am still receiving email alerts associated with the changes.
Is there a way to watch an issue without receiving email alerts when the issue changes or is updated?

This is a bug, see: http://gemini.countersoft.com/Default.aspx?p=2&i=2975 There is a fix for this within the issue description. |

We applied the stored procedure fix, but now I am not receiving any email alerts. I had email alerts set on issue CREATE for several projects and those are no longer working... |

we reapplied the stored proc and I am still not receiving any email alerts - do we need to recycle anything on the server? |

Can you please check Gemini's error log for errors? |

yes - we are getting the following error - is the stored proc missing a permission? The error suggests that the stored procedure was not created. Please make sure that you have run the SQL using the Gemini log in (owner). |

the stored proc existed but it was in the wrong schema - not created by owner - we fixed that and all seems to be working as expected now. Thanks! |
