Gemini not sending emails since new certificate on mail server
We installed a new SSL certificate on our Exchange 2007 server, and since then no emails have been received by Gemini.
Gemini was maintained by a user who is no longer here, and I have been in this role for 1 week. I have no experience with Gemini, therefore do not know how to fix this issue. It appears that everything concerning Gemini is web based, but I need to get the emails working.
Help!!

Please double check the SMTP settings in the Administration -> SMTP page. Also, what are you using for sending alerts (check the Administration -> Notifications page)? If the mail plugin, check Gemini's system log otherwise check windows application event viewer for errors from the scheduler. |

I am really out of the loop with this software. How would I get to the SMTP settings? via my login to the web page - which I don't see anything pointing me to administration, or on the server where Gemini is installed - and the only thing i see there is web access. |

You need to login to Gemini using an admin account. Do you not have a Gemini admin? |

Unfortunately, the individual who set this up and administered it was let go by the company, so no, i do not have the admin account info. I did log into Gemini using the Administrator account from the local machine that Gemini is installed on, but don't see anything different than when I log in. Any suggestions? |

Do you have access to the Gemini database? If so, please send an email to support at countersoft dot com and we will give you instructions. |

I now have administrator rights. SMTP is configured properly. |

We now have mail being sent from Gemini. But apparently all the mail from the previous week has been sitting in a queue somewhere? I'd like to flush that queue. Users are getting a bunch of duplicate emails about same issue from Gemini. |

Delete all the records from the geminiissuealers table: TRUNCATE TABLE geminiissuealerts |

Forgive me. I am still learning about tables and databases, but I am a sponge. |

You need to run this SQL statement in your Gemini database. I suggest stopping the scheduler service first, run the SQL command to delete the records and start the service. |
