Cusom Fields Inline Edit

Hello!

I'd like to have a possibility to edit the values of the custom fields on issue list "inline", the same way as "Summary", "Severity" and other standard fields without cliciking on "Edit" icon.

We are just sitting here discussing the very same and you post this message!

Yes, it's in for next release (4.0) along with the ability to display custom fields on the left or on the center ( when viewing an issue).

This would be super! You are also reading my thoughts :) I wanted to write that it would be nice to see custom fields on the left just like other fields, but then thought maybe I want too much for one message ;)

When the version 4.0 is planned to be released? On 31 August 2010?
