Private comment and notifications
We have a Global Group for internal people. If we add a private comment we set the visibility of this comment to the internal Global Group. But it appears that a customer, who is not part of this internal group, does receive the notification mail Comment alert. And in this mail the complete text of the private comment is shown. So now the customer reads about our internal communication. How can I prevent this?
