License Problem after Upgrading to 3.5.1
Hi there
We use the 5 user Complimentary License. But after Upgrading to new
version, we are not able to create, or edit issues. There is always the
error message "CounterSoft Gemini License: Number of Users exceeds
maximum allowed for this license type.". Before upgrad everything
worked fine. We have more than 5 users registered, but <=5 active.
Deleting of inactive useres doesn't seem to really delete them. We
already tried to create a new free 5 user licence, but that new license
neighter worked. Could you please told us what to do to get this great
program working again?
Thx,
Reto S.

If you have more than 5 users (active or not) then you will not be able to create and edit issues. You will have to delete the inactive users (look at the error log after deleting them to see which resource is used by the user).

Ok, thx, found it. But that would mean, that now all users count, not just active ones? Thats a bit a problem for us, because sometime emplooys change. They come into the project and leave it later. That would mean, that |

We will look into counting only the active users for the next release. |

We have exactly the same problem, but in which release is this fix included? I can not find it in the roadmap: http://gemini.countersoft.com/project/Project.aspx?Tab=Roadmap&PROJID=2 |

Are they still discussing? Why is there no issue in the public gemini-installation which we can track? |
