complimentary license - cannot login

Hi,

I recently installed Gemini using the complimentary license which allows 5 user accounts. I noticed that the installation comes with 4 pre-created users. I changed the name, username, password, etc. for these user accounts, but now I cannot login. It says username/password incorrect. Luckily I did not change the "manager" account & I am able to login as manager to still make changes. I am sure I am entering the correct username/password combination.

I had also created a fifth account which works perfectly fine. But, now I only have 2 accounts that work. Can you please let me know the solution to my problem?

Please log in as manager and check that the users are not marked as inactive

The users are all active. I wanted to confirm with you if I am allowed to change the existing user accounts & use them with a complimentary license? If yes, I can try reinstalling the software. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions. I also checked the database & it is saving my changes in the user table. I can't see the password since it is stored as binary data.

Yes, you are allowed to change / delete users as long as you do not exceed 5 users.
