complimentary license - cannot login
Hi,
I recently installed Gemini using the complimentary license which allows 5 user accounts. I noticed that the installation comes with 4 pre-created users. I changed the name, username, password, etc. for these user accounts, but now I cannot login. It says username/password incorrect. Luckily I did not change the "manager" account & I am able to login as manager to still make changes. I am sure I am entering the correct username/password combination.
I had also created a fifth account which works perfectly fine. But, now I only have 2 accounts that work. Can you please let me know the solution to my problem?
