Loss of formatting after upgrade?

web-app

We are planning a migration from 2.x to the latest Gemini, and things for the most part look good in our staging environment.  One thing I notice is that when I click into an Issue, all the prior formatting appears to have been lost -- and everything looks like on long sentence.

Is this an expected side effect or is there something I can do?

Let me know.

Thanks.

No, it should stay the same.
Can you give an example of the formatting issue?

Couldn't take screenshots, but the formatting looks like it works here.

4. On each field - if it's allowed - remove all information and save it.

Which editor did you use with the old version? Seems like text.

In 2.x, when you created a new issue, the 'Detailed Description:' field was just text, and in 3.7.2 the default is the WYSIWYG editor...

Do you think that is the issue?  The problem is with existing issues losing the existing formatting....  I just tested creating a new issue with custom formatting, and it creates perfectly.  I'm just worried about all of our legacy issues, and the ones that are in progress.

Let me know!

Basically, because you have used the text editor the formatting is not in HTML. You should switch the current installation to use the text editor as well (Administration -> General under issues).
