Time Reports seem to be wrong

Hi, I am a manager and the people on my team are all logging their time in Gemini. I need to be able to generate a report which will show the time each of them logged for a given date range. The Time reports in All Project is what I am looking for, however it does not correctly display all the time the users have logged. When I run the report I see much less time than what is actually logged. I know this since if i run the same report on the employees login, I see all the time logged. I also know this by running a sql query against the db. Is the Time being reported only for issues which I created and that the employee is logging against?

The time report will report on all issues you can view. So if they are working on issues you can't view then you will not see that in the report.
Have you got the "only view own issues" permission?

Where is that security setting used?  I am able to view issues that other people have created when I had that security setting?

It is because you are probably a Gemini admin as well, so you could still directly view the issues.

Yes, that was the case.

Is there a document which clearly defines what each of the security items provide?  I find them a bit confusing as I am unclear on exactly what functionality they each provide.
