CVSNT integration

web-app

[gemini 3.5.4.]

In section 9.2.4 of the management guide the files GEMINICVSNT.dll and GeminiCVSNT.reg are needed to make CVSNT gemini integration work.

Where do I get them? Its not in the source control integration download.

You can download it from: http://countersoft.com/downloads/CVSNTIntegration.zip
Please make sure that you update the registry file to point to your Gemini instance and the page url to:
api/LinkSourceControlFile.aspx

Hmm. It's not working.

All I've got to go on is "script execution failed"

Where do I start looking

Apologies, but it seem like that add-on is out of date. We are working on it and will post a new one early next week.

If you are working on it could you consider using the -b or -B options to trigger the integration rather then using the -m and message text.

That would be great and work very nicely with the tortoise cvs client

The new version of the source control connector should work with CVSNT now.
Please download from: http://www.countersoft.com/downloads/v36/CounterSoftGeminiSourceControlv36_0.zip

The following 2 files seem to be missing from the download

- CounterSoft.Gemini.SourceControl.CVSNT.exe
- CounterSoft.Gemini.SourceControl.CVSNT.exe.config

We have updated the zip to include the built file (exe and config) in the root.

Please copy these along with the lib files.

Sorry. I'm still struggling with this.

I've followed all the instructions (or got our IIS admin to) and nothing is happening. Which is better than the error. Is there a way of testing the webservice directly?

Sure, download and try our webservices app: http://www.countersoft.com/downloads/v36/CounterSoftGeminiAPISamplesv360.zip

Best is to try and update an issue.
