Issue Routing and Assigning by Severity
Hello,
Is there a way to route and assign issues based on severity to designated personnel in Gemini?
So if a severity of Major comes in I may want to route and assign it to a developer or support employee of Tier 2. If a Show Stopper comes in then that gets esclated to our top engineers automatically bypassing all other personnel.
Is this possible? Thanks.
