Issue Routing and Assigning by Severity

Hello,

Is there a way to route and assign issues based on severity to designated personnel in Gemini?

So if a severity of Major comes in I may want to route and assign it to a developer or support employee of Tier 2. If a Show Stopper comes in then that gets esclated to our top engineers automatically bypassing all other personnel.

Is this possible? Thanks.

Unfortunately, this is not possible.
However, since we provide source code licensing, you could do this yourself.

Ok. Is this something that CounterSoft has planned in future releases?

I have the same question regarding location based routing (ie the ticket was opened by employee in Germany so route it to personnel in Sweden instead of United States.)

This is not something we are looking to do.

We are looking to do this by component and version.
