Does the DLL exists in the program directory?

If not, then please try and re-install.

Yes the DLL is in the program directory.  I think this is a hardware bug, becuase it works fine on my other machine.  The machine with the problems is a dual monitor setup.  Is there any issue with the screen capture on dual monitor setups?

We know that it can not capture the 2nd monitor. But it does work.

Is it a 64 bit machine?

Windows 2003 32 bit

Are you running on a 64 bit machine? Is the DLL there?

Try coping it to the system32 directory.

Yes, the DLL will not work under 64bit OS.
