This Morning Little Locks Started Appearing On Issues

Hi,

     This morning on some of our issues little yellow locks started appearing.  It says they are private issues yet I can open them up and see the content.  Is this just a setting because it is happening on only a few of the issues?

This means that the issue has restricted visibility. Your user group is allowed to view this issue, but other users might not.

Is there an easy way to tell what/who is restricted?

Unfortunately no. Basically it is all users who are not in the group.
