Question about gemini.countersoft.com
Hi, We don't seem to have the same level of performance as I see on your site. Can you share some info on the hardware and OS/SQL config you have on the server that is hosting it?
Thanks, Sean

No, everyy page seems a bit slow. We also seem to have the "red X" problem, where it takes multiple tries of "Show Picture" before we get the image (charts, etc.). We're running the app on a virtual machine session under WinServer 2003R2SP2 with 4GB RAM for the VM. SQLServer 2008 on a separate (non-VM) WinServer 2003 64-bit with 32GB RAM. Autogrowth @ 1mb (I'll get the DBA to boost that up). I've reconfigured the Web.config file based on a thread from the forum (http://support.countersoft.com/forums/3/15460/ShowThread.aspx#15460%20) and that seems a bit better, but we still see red x's more than 50% of the time. |

Do you get the red "x" on images as well (not charts)? |

Hi, Images like icons, etc? No problem. And have not noticed problems with screencap attachments, but I don't have that many records with those sorts of things so far. DB is currently 38MB, but we have only deployed it to about 25% of the company over the past couple of months. We will be going to 100% deployment (~100 users) in August. |

Please send an email to support at countersoft dot com. We will arrange a GoTo meeting session to see if we can spot what is going wrong. |
