Help me to redirect our support mails from our support mail Id to gemini server and mail the issue mail to all members in gemini.

You will need to install and configure the scheduler (mail box processor).

i installed scheduler and done configuration settings also ---still i am not getting

Did you uncomment the mailbox section (<!--  .... -->)?

can you please tell me
1.whether the issue created from mails can viewable to all members in gemini.Presently i am getting mails to administrator mail id only.i have set email alert(receive alert when issue created) to all like developer,tester,manager etc.This is working fine if we created issues within gemini.
2.presently a recent mail to our support mail id redirecting to gemini and create bug id is happenning only after restarting the schedule service.we are keeping the configuration setting same then also this is happenning.Is it possible without restart schedule service.
3.whether in gemini contains any option that we can view mails within gemini.
4.if we restart the schedule service, the gemini is creating bugs of the mails again which is already created.
5.We are using complementary licensed version, is there any limitations for this in this case of email alert.Please tell me what end all features available in gemini bugtracking purchases version

You can set the visibility scheme and group for new issues via the config file of the scheduler.

 As for having to restart etc.. please check the windows event log on the server where the scheduler is installed. I suspect you have some issues with configuration.

 Gemini does not contain an option to view emails only issues.

 The complimentary license does not have any limitation except of the number of users and that your are not allowed to expose the application to the internet.

You will have to give permissions to the user who's credential is used to run Gemini permissions to create / write files on the C drive or turn verbose off.
