Email Alerts not working

 We are using Gemini 3.0.4

We are able to send test email through administration and SMTP configuration. But Gemini does not send any emails as alerts even if we have set up in Admin that created issues will be emailed and i did set up a personal email alert, but nothing happens. And system log does not show that there is even an error.

Has somebody an idea for me?

What is your mail engine set up to (scheduler or plugin)? If its the scheduler, did you install the service?

I tried both. Scheduler would not work hence the MS Webservice is not installed.

The plugin can send as well alerts, correct? And the email should be generated instantly when i crate an issue?

In Gemini system log, i see no error when i use the plugin.

Did you change the alerts engine from scheduler? If so a reboot of the web app is needed.
