v3.1.0: The whole Edit menu is missing
I am having a user as Issue Administrator. She has been able to edit the issues fine since ever.
Just today, there is one issue # that she doesn't have the Edit menu at all. Usually, on the right side of the screen, below the Edit link, you'll see the: Issue ID, Type, Priority, etc. But on this issue, she doesn't see that at all. She DOES NOT have the same problem with other issue # in the same project + same component.
How can I troubleshoot this? She is seeing this problem on IE.
