v3.1.0: filter by affected version

web-app

1) I have archived a gemini project, for say Project A.  Before that, I created the new gemini project (i.e Project B), moved the open issues from Project A to project B.  Component names are the same between 2 projects.

2) Some of the moved issues have affected version 2.1.   I went into project B, create some new issues and also assigned affected version 2.1 to them.

3) When I did the filter issue,  filter by Affected version 2.1, only issue that I created in step 2 shows up.  The moved issues (from project A over to project B) don't show up when i did the filter.

4) I did another test, I clicked on "Issues" and it shows all the issues including the moved issues (with affected version 2.1).  So, the moved issues are there but the filter doesn't work with it (particularly with the affected version field).  Note, the moved issues show up with Affected Version 2.1 as well, it's not blank at this field.

5) I did further comparison by clicking on edit of the new issue i created on step 2, the affected version field is selected with "2.1".  I did the same with the moved issue, the Affected Version field has nothing selected.

6) I looked at the version (2.1) ID (Project Administration -> Version) between the project A and B, they are different, even the version name and description  are the same.

Is it because the version ID are different, so when we moved the issues from project A to project B, the affected version field was not carried over completely (behind the scene)?
