v3.1.3: Cannot open the component with IE6 SP3

web-app

I have a user who is using IE6 SP3, he is in the same office with me, so no network difference.
When he clicked on a component in Gemini project, the page just turns blank.  He got login page ok, logged in ok, opened a project home page ok.  Click "Open issue", never finished loading, blank page.

I am seeing a lot of these errors in the system log.  However, don't see the log at the last time that we reproduced the problem together 4:29pm 9/25/2009.

Does it only happen to this user?
What is the URL in the address bar after he clicks on a component?

As for the errors in the event log, these are due to the scheduler not being able to DELETE.
Please set the ASHX file handler to accept all verbs, see the scheduler guide: http://www.countersoft.com/downloads/v35/docs/GeminiSchedulerGuide.pdf

Can I email you the URLs?

He is not the only seeing this error.  We are having user from remote locations having the same problem, but they are using IE 6 SP2.  All those who are having this problem is using IE6.

I am reporting this problem specifically from my roommate's experience because I know for sure we don't have network difference since we are in the same office and connecting to the same hub in the office.
