When I try to login in Gemini TimeTracker (or in the Gemini Desktop also) the login form also refuse my username and password (the exact message is: "Incorrect username and/or password" ).

I try the webservice AuthWS and I obtain the following answers: 

System.ApplicationException: Only SOAP requests are permitted.
   at CounterSoft.Gemini.Business.WebServices.BaseWS.IsWSECompliant()
   at Gemini.AuthWS.LogIn(String userName, String password)

With the same username and password at the same address (http://localhost/gemini/) i can login in the web application.

Have you a solution?

Do you have Microsoft's WSE 3.0 installed on the web server?

Yes.
I also restart IIS and reboot the PC but still not work.
Is possible verify that WSE 3.0 is installed and running on IIS ?

IIS version is 5.1; could be a problem? (OS: XP SP3)
