v3.1.0: Can't remove members from Project Administrator global group

I went into Global Group -> Select Project Administrator group -> Edit -> select existing members, hit REMOVE button.  The check mark symbols are gone but the members I want to delete are still there.

Does anyone know why?

That is weird! I have to repeat the steps several time before the selected members get deleted.  Sometimes it worked with first click on REMOVE button, sometimes I have to do that multiple times for the same user.
