In my project, i have several different components, each component has a unique description.
When I create an issue (on creating issue page/view), right below the "Component Affected" box, it shows the component's description (it happens to be the description of the first component).  I tried to choose different component in "Component Affected" box to see if the line below the box changes, and it does not.

I don't know if the component's description supposes to show up right below the "Component Affected" box or not.  If it supposes to, then the description should change as user changes component selection as well.

Isn't this a bug or I missed something in my settings?
