Ressource Allocation and Usage
Hi is there a way in Gemini to get an overview of the current ressource allocation (so that it may be easier to choose to assign an issue to a person that is not already overbooked) if so is it possible to do so for a single user, a group of users and all users?
If not how are you approaching this problem when using Gemini - I would very much like to hear if it has been an issue to anyone etc.
If it is not possible in Gemini is it something that is being considered as a new feaute (otherwise I would like to suggest it :)).
Thanks for your replies in advance :).

We provide this at the project level via the project's home page resource breakdown. I presume you are looking to a similar breakdown but for all projects, correct? |

Yes exactly :). However I am also thinking of the single project but where you are able to see the ressource break down including the time scheduled. (if I should describe it graphically then a Gant map where I could see to whom the different issues where scheduled). We are going to begin using Gemini from mid september and I am currently configuring our setup and exploiting all different kinds of extra possibilities (when first evaluated Gemini was decided to be used as a very simple issue tracking system for certain customers - after I have looked nito the brilliant system it is our ambitions have grown considerably :) ).

I could perhaps get the information directly from the database? How are the assignements stored in the database? NVM: I found the issueressource table, I must have overlooked it when first going through the tables.

Another question is the possibility of adding either Stakeholders (providing them read-only capabilities) or multiple ressources (so that two or more supporters could share)to an issue.
I cannot get Gemini to do this currently I think and it is not as I see it on the road map. Has this been considered? have anyone else worked with this problem? I guess it would be possible to modify Gemini to support this with the Code lcensing? |

Assigning multiple resources is possible. You need to enable this via the project admin -> General section. |

Any progress on this issue? I have many projects and many Project managers. I need to prevent them overload resources. How can I do that? Please, it is urgent! |
