Cant seem to create a "New Issue"

hi there,

i am test driving a local installation of Gemini 2.0.5 and the use of the Gemini Desktop. i have create a security scheme called everything and assigned all security options ie an uber admin user :). i am able to create issues etc from the web interface, but when i try do the same from the desktop engine - things seem to go a bit pear.

is there something i have missed in the process - security settings etc.

Can you log in to the desktop app?

If so, did you assign the user rights after loging in via the desktop app?

What errors do you get?

i am able to log in. i can view issues. i even followed the instruction on a previous post about removing the c:\Documents And Settings[user]\localsettings\application data\countersoft\gemini desktop\1.0.0 folder.

how would i get error logs so that i can give you more information?

what i mean - is that i am un-able to create "new issues". i am able view, even edit an exsiting issue, but i am unable to create or delete issues from within gemini desktop.

After deleting the folder, where you prompt to authenticate online?
