Does your Gemini site runs under another site? Like share point.

No, my Gemini has its own site (and its own application pool). one thing that may be relevant is that it doesnt use port 80, but rather port 6035.

i have to say that i just installed WSE3.0, i didnt configure anything (i geuss it has its defaults).

Did you try rebooting after the WSE install? If this fails try running under port 80, just to eliminate this.

Is it possible for you to install Gemini on another server (pointing the connection string to the same database)?

I'm having the same problem.  Is there any solution other than moving it to another server?

Do you have any other web apps on that server?

I’m a bumbling idiot. (I don’t feel too bad since I don’t think I’m the only one that has had this problem.)  I moved Gemini to another server and in the process of enabling the Gemini Scheduler on that box realized my problem.  I had actually created a web site on my other box with the home directory pointing to the Gemini Web Application folder.  I then created a virtual folder for that web site and pointed that at the Gemini Web Application folder.  My configuration file for the Gemini Scheduler had the webServicesURL pointing at the webservices for the virtual directory and not the root website.  Once I pointed it to the actual website I created, everthing worked correctly.

(Can you tell this was my first time setting up a website?)  Thanks for the education.
