VS2008 Plug-in - can't login.

I can bring up the plugin and click the login button -it shows me a login dialog with the correct URL, a user Manager (not set up on my system), blank password and User Language set to System.Data.DataRow. Entering any user/password combination I can think of produces nothing - it just goes back to the blank plugin form. Any suggestions?

I get absolutely nothing shown in DebugView. Start DebugView, start VS2008 with my solution, bring up the Gemini add-in, attempt to login - nothing in DebugView for the whole thing. Checked DebugView with something else and it shows normal debug output.
