Unable to specify time in MINUTES, only allows hours?

I use Gemini 3 latest version, when entering time or estimated hours on an issue, it only gives me 'Hours:' field which has to be 0-500. How would I do say 30 minutes? 0.5 does not work. Have also tried 0:30. I do not see a 'Minutes' field. Is there a setting somewhere?
