Email notification overload!
Is there a way to combine email notifications? If I add a closing comment and set the status to closed and the resolution to complete the subscriber receives 4 separate emails.

Which version of Gemini are you running. With 2.2.x you can use the scheduler service for this. |

Is the service on the same box as Gemini? Is the URL correct? |

Can I clarify what this scheduler solves? I thought it was supposed to consolidate the various states from the same issue but I notice that I still get multiple emails when an issue is updated. Is this right? |

Yes they are both on the same box. |

Sorry for delay in responding; office move. I installed WSE 3.0 restarted the service and my inbox is now filling up as expected (I think). I need to check it is giving the desired results though. |
