Issue Alerts not mailing

web-app

We are having a problem with email alerts not sending. This issue occurs occasionally but the past few days it has happened daily so we thought we would post and see if there was a resolution for it. Each time this error occurs, we can resolve the issue by truncating the issuealerts table and stopping the countersoft gemini secheduler service and starting it again. That makes it work until it happens again. Yesterday it worked for about 12 hrs before it bombed out again. Our version of gemini is 3.1.1 (Build 2212). Is there any way this can be resolved so it will not happen again? It is getting a little tiresome, as we usually dont realize that we are not getting notifications for several hours, at least.

Can you please try and run the scheduler under a named user account (in the services login tab)?
