Gemini Issue Alert emails
After upgrading to 3.0.4, I'm still getting issue alerts, but now there is no content to the email. The only thing showing up in the body of the email is the issue number
PROJECTCODE-ISSEUEID
That's it. It's not even a hyperlink.
We used to get a much more informative email, shall we say. It would list the issue, all the basic details and a little grid of what changed.
How do I get this fixed?

What are you using as the mail engine? Scheduler? |

Correct, the "ScheduleService" is the selected option on the Global Settings->Notifications page. As I mentioned, we are getting emails, as we were before the upgrade. But now, after the upgrade, they seem remarkably useless since the only text in the body of the emails is the issue number. |

Which version of Gemini did you run before? Did you upgrafe the scheduler? |

Following instructions, I first upgraded 2.2.7. Everything worked as expected on that for about week, then we decided to make the jump to 3.0.4. We followed all the directions in the GeminiMigrationGuide pdf document. Reviewing that pdf now, I don't see any mention of upgrading the Scheduler as a separate step... can you provide directions on that? Why wouldn't that be a part of the migration document/install? |

It was missed from the migration guide as usually we ask customers to uninstall all apps and install the new versions. I agree, it should be in there and we will add it. All you have to do is, uninstall your scheduler service (save your config file), download the new one (http://countersoft.com/downloads/csfiles/CounterSoftGeminiSchedulerv30_4.exe) and set the config file. |

Yes, your instructions fixed the issue. We are now getting the emails we were used to... except there now appears to be a bit of a formatting issue.
In the Change Log section, the "Previous Value" field/column seems to always be preceded with a bit of HTML. Below, I've copy/pasted an example from one of the emails... notice the "div>div" text, and how that seems to push out the "Closed" to the right.

Does it happen to all issue alerts (it might be an issue with the value in the descirpiton field)? I presume you are using the HTML templates. |

Not all, but some. In the example one I pasted from an actual email that I got... it was the Status field that was prefixed with "div>div" fragment... And that's not a field a user types in. We just choose a value from a dropdown list. So I'm not sure how one of us could have put something whacked in that field? |

Is it only issues with a specific status? Can you check the status list? |
