All issue item details that can be highlighted and edited show a red 'x' for the button that updates the item to be saved.

How do we reslove the issue?

Is this an upgrade? Which browser and version?
Also, what is your IIS version?

Upgraded from version 3.5.x, using IE8 and hosted on IIS 6.0

Does all other images render correctly? If you right click on the missing image and select properties, what is the URL shown?

Also, is  Enforce Gemini url set to "Yes" in the Administration -> General page?

All of the other images appear on the rendered page. The properties of the missing image only shows the URL http://intdev/gemini/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=1134&PROJID=2.

The enforce Gemini Url was set to "yes", but the Full Gemini URL was set for the production site not develeopment. After changing the value to dev, the issue was resloved.

Thank you for the update.
FYI if you set Enforce to "No" it should work regardless of the url setting.
