Several question about project managment

Hey there,

I got some question.

Is it possible to define a global filter ? I mean a default view on project ? Or must I go to every project just to set the filter ?

 

A developer can set the time of an issue and can log it. But where can I say how much time the managment think it will take ? Or want to be ?

 

This questions come from the point that we defined for every project a build task. There are the main releases commented. Every month we want to see just all build task in the whole gemini system.

From my understanding, you would need to set the visibility on each project. There is a Field Visibility Scheme in Security tab, but this is when using All Projects reporting.

With the time management, one issue has one time allowance. If you wanted to seperate the management from the development time, probably would be best to create sub issues, or related issues; one for management, one for development.

If you are looking to set the default columns for issues filter page then this is not possible at the moment, but will be in 3.6.

As for another time estimate field, you can simply create a custom field for this.
