Comment visibility in connection with notifications???

Does Comment Visibility work in connection with Email notifications? Is it possble to keep part of the commenting dialogue within an issue private even if an external user (say a customer representative) has chosen to subscribe to notifications on added comments?

I have made some tests on a scenario containing Project Groups only, but failed to block internal comments to be viewed externally via email notifications.

It should work just fine.

Im using the default and integrated Mail Plug-in. Is this what is causing my problems? Should I use the Gemini Scheduler instead?

When I try to use the Gemini Scheduler Service, I receive no mail notifications at all. It seems as if the service is not running at all. I wonder, is the Scheduler included in the standard Gemini 3.0 installation package, or does it have to be installed separately?
