Default Resource Assigning?
We've opened up the system to our clients, who can post public issues to the system. All internal issues are kept private. However, they still see all the possible resources they can assign to when creating the issue - when in fact we just want issues raised by the client to be assigned to one particular user. Is there a way to do this such that they can only assign to this user?
Hope that makes sense....
Thanks!

There is no out of the box way of doing this. You can restrict them to not assign the issue at all and have a trigger of the database that will do the auto assignment. |

At the moment I've created a custom scheme with only permissions of "Create Issue", "Create Comment" and "View Project", but they still get the option of assigning a resource when creating issues? |

Which version of Gemini are you running? We can not seem to replicate this issue. |

This is a BUG in Gemini: http://gemini.countersoft.com/Default.aspx?p=2&i=1425 Basically, set the assign resource at issue creation setting to "no". |
