Synchronising doesnt exactly
I am trying to use the synchronisation so i can work offline - that all worked well and i made changes to tickets whilst offline - completed a few old tickets and updated a few, cancelled a few that we no longer needed. When i docked and synch'd all my updates where set back to the main server values but all my additions (comments etc..) where fine.
Synchronisation usually means a two way thing with conflict resolution as well but this seems to be that I can add stuff but cant post updates back to the server from the dsesktop - is this the way it is or am I doing something stupid
thanks

This should be the way, which version of Gemini are you running (web and desktop)? If there are conflicts you should see a popup asking you to resolve. |

I have tried this a few times now and it is just overriding whatever i have done on the desktop version with the data from the server. Any new comments etc.. are synch but I have tried status , severity etc.. (all of the settings) and they just get reset to the values as they were on the server. I am downloading all projects , then clicking work offline , then making changes and saving them , then clicking work online and then clicking the synchronise link. I get a message that says 2 issues , 0 issues updated. Not sure what the problem is but its certainly not working . Then when i tried to go back into one of the tickets i had been editing offline and then tried to edit it once back online the whole thing failed on me and asked me to send a crash report to countersoft. Fundamental part of synchronising for me |

Can you please run DebugView when synchronising and post the output? |

went in and reset the ASHX verbs associated and its all working. It was selected to be "all verbs" so i unselected that and set it back to POST,DEBUG,HEAD etc.. and updated and then reset it back to ALL VERBS and updated it again and it all works now
