Does this happen before you configure the Gemini logon details or after?

This error occurres during installation of the gemini module, so before I can configure anything.

What language are you using? We have just tested with 5.2.3 and it works for us.

i am working with german language package. Normaly i make the Portal with folowing steps: Install DNN 4.9.5 (install al Modules and language Packages) > Upgrade to DNN 5.2.2 (install al Modules and language Packages) > Upgrade to DNN 5.2.3 (install al Modules and language Packages)
