mail alerts will not work

we get the following error message:

We think it might be a problem with running under windows server 2008. Can you try to install the scheduler on another machine (XP or 2003)? |

Can you please double check you config? Are you sure you are usin a POP3 server? Alos, try turning debug on (via the config file). |
