Is this the only message? Can you try to reboot the web app?

Are you using Gemini Scheduler or Mail Plugin for email alerts.

Try the other one!

We think it might be a problem with running under windows server 2008. Can you try to install the scheduler on another machine (XP or 2003)?

Hi

Ok we tried it under Windows Vista SP1. Same problem.
We cant test it under Windows 2003. We migrated all server already to Windows 2008. :-)

Can you please double check you config? Are you sure you are usin a POP3 server?

Alos, try turning debug on (via the config file).

Hi

We dont use the pop3 plugin. Our Mail-Server is MS Exchange 2007.
Just for your information we never used the GEMINI SCHEDULER tool.

It seems like an issue with connecting to the smtp server.

Can you try to change the settings in Gemini?

Please send us the SMTP DEBUG file located on the C:\ drive.

We will then have a look and investigate.
