Mail alerts not working

The following error shows up in the system log:

Could not load file or assembly 'MailBee.NET, Version=3.0.0.68, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cd85b70fb26f9fc1' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

The problem seemed to appear when we upgraded from 2.2 to 2.2.7.

Please make sure that you have put mailbee and gemini commons dlls into the bin folder and the scheduler.

mailbee.net.dll and commons.dll are both in the bin folder.
