Using 2.2.7, there are a number of configurable email alerts that I can setup for my user for a project.   But they all appear to be project wide, no matter who the issue is assigned to or affects.  What I'd like to see is an option to email me alerts that only affect me.

So if I am assigned an issue and someone makes a change to the issue or comments on it, send me an email.  If someone assigns me to an issue, send me an email.  But if I am not assigned to an issue, don't send me emails about changes to that issue.

The exception would be if I am the one making the change.  So if I am assigned to an issue, and I make a comment on that issue, don't send me an email.  I did the action, so don't notify me that I did something.

This would allow me to be notified of changes that affect me without having to login to gemini to see those changes.
