Sorting by severity and priority
Hi, I just edited severity and priority schemes. Renamed types, added new types and changed icons. There are some screenshots:

After that I noticed that there is invalid order of Priority/Severity types in the Open Issues By panel:

Also sorting issues by severity and priority doesn't work well:

Could you please help me to setup it to get it work?
We use Gemini 3.5.3.

The priority sort order in the project home page is a bug, see: http://gemini.countersoft.com/Default.aspx?p=2&i=3000 for a fix. To me the severity is sorting ok on that page! As for the issues sort, you need to add the priority sequence and severity sequence columns to the list and sort by them. |

Yes, all labels are coming from the relevant XML file under the languages directory. |

[quote user="stepand76"]Now I noticed that the same problem is on the Batch Update page. Fix doesn't help there. The problem is with priority and severity! |

That is by design as you can have issues from multiple projects in the batch update screen. |

This is due to the fact that there might be multiple schemes with different sorting. |
