Upgrade 2.05 -> 2.2.1 + license
Hi,
after upgrading our gemini installation from 2.0.5 to 2.2.1 i get the message:
Invalid license key.
Please renew product license keys using the Client Portal.
In the client portal i get the following list:
OrderDate ExpityDate Product Status LicenseAgreement
25 March 2007 17 October 2007 Gemini Support Package Complete Commercial License
17 October 2006 17 October 2007 Gemini Commercial License Complete Commercial License
So i mean that the support package is stil valid and we can upgrade our installation without additional fees. What is our problem?
