Cannot view pages in web app

I installed the app but I cannot view any of the pages at http://localhost/Gemini.  I'm not seeing any specific information, just that the page is not available.  I changed the parameter in the web.config file to show the error page, but I'm not getting any error message on the web page.  I also noticed that the application pool that the setup program creates was not initially running due to 'an unknown error.'  I changed it to use the default application pool and modifed the permissions on the /bin folder per the install docs but still no web pages are showing.  Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Is this a 64bit operating system?

Yes, I'm running on Win2k3 Server - 64-bit.  Is that going to be a problem?  If so, do they have a version that runs on a 64 bit O/S?

There is a workaround:

update Geminiappsettings set settingvalue='xxx' where settingname='RegistrationCode'

then restart the server, does it work?

That took care of the problem.  The app is up and running.  What about installing the license key I received via e-mail from Countersoft?  Should I install that or just let it be for now?
